Roger Ferraz is a Certified Food Service Professional (CFSP, NAFES) with over 30 years experience in the food manufacturing and food service industry having worked in the meat processing, bakery, bar, restaurant, hotel and equipment supply sectors.

He has proactively worked to develop his knowledge and skills in the modern food service environment and can provide solutions to issues such as warewashing, cooking and food processing equipment, sanitization, HACCP compliance, and work flow efficiency.

Currently working for Hobart Food Equipment, the world's leading food service equipment manufacturer, Roger is able to combine his experience with the latest cutting edge technology in warewashing, cooking and food processing equipment to bring genuine cost, labour, and environmental savings to organisations from the smallest cafe to the largest clubs, hotels, and institutions.

Roger is a proud father of three based in Wollongong, NSW AUSTRALIA and is the National Key Account Manager for Hobart Food Equipment Australia & New Zealand. He is also committed to sustainability and minimising the impact of the hospitality industry on the environment.
